A costume is a wearable that changes your appearance. Costume pieces occupy their own slots, so they sit over your real equipment rather than replacing it - your stats keep coming from the gear underneath.
The pieces
A costume set is built from the same slots as ordinary armour:
| Piece | Replaces |
|---|---|
| Body | your body mesh |
| Head | your hair - a head piece is not a hat sitting on top |
| Hands | your gloves |
| Feet | your boots |
| Cloak | attaches at the spine and swings on its own |
| Wings | a back decoration, worn like any other costume piece |
A set does not have to be worn whole. Mixing pieces from different sets is normal, and the head piece is the one that changes a character's silhouette most.
The wardrobe
The Wardrobe window lists the costume sets in the game and lets you see what each set looks like piece by piece, so you can decide before you buy.
⭐ Wings are the wardrobe's sixth piece as of 2 September. They used to sit in a spare inventory cell beside your weapon, which is now retired. An equipped wing shows on the preview doll and comes off with Remove all, like everything else you are wearing.
A cape is put away while you wear a cash costume. The two used to draw on top of each other, with the cape showing through the outfit. The cape is not lost - it comes back when the costume comes off.
Faction-locked costumes
Some costumes exist in an Olympus version and a Titan version. If you switch faction the game rewrites them into the other side's copy and keeps everything about the item - including keeping a worn costume worn.
Where to go next
- Item Mall - where costumes are sold
