DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

You can ask us to delete your Legend of Edda: Pegasus account and its data at any time, from the PC game, the Android app or this website. This page works whether or not you can still sign in.

How it works

  1. Ask for deletion below — signed in, or by e-mail if you registered on this website.
  2. Confirm. Signed in, confirming is the button on this page; by e-mail, it is the link we send you.
  3. Wait 7 days. During that time you can cancel by signing in and coming back to this page.
  4. We delete the account within 30 days of your confirmation and e-mail you when it is done, if we have an address for you. Leaving your guild and party and cancelling any consignment-sale listings first lets us do it sooner.

What is deleted

  • Your game account: it is locked for good, its password is replaced, and it is renamed so it no longer carries your username.
  • All of your characters, with their friends lists and in-game mail.
  • Every item your characters hold, plus your account storage and item-mall basket. Drachma, Premium time and Battle Pass progress can no longer be used.
  • Your guild and party membership, and your character names on the rankings and the Hall of Fame (Hall of Fame entries then read “(deleted)”).
  • Your website data: registration e-mail, linked Steam, Discord and Google sign-ins (revoked and their identifiers removed), newsletter address and the names on invite records.
  • Any other game records left behind by a character (such as quest progress, skills, titles, wardrobe, professions or chat macros) are cut off from every name and account and can no longer be traced to you.

What is kept, and for how long

  • Purchase records (order, SteamID, amount, date, IP address at purchase, Drachma and Premium history): 5 years, because tax and consumer law require it.
  • Game and connection logs (for example items traded, login times, your username and IP address at login): until they are 12 months old, then deleted.
  • Ban records, and the lock placed on the deleted account: kept so that a banned player cannot return by deleting the account. They are never shown on the public punishment page.
  • A record that you asked for deletion and when it was carried out, without your e-mail address: so we can show we did it.
  • Backups: overwritten within 14 days.

Deletion cannot be undone. Drachma, Premium time and anything else bought for the account are lost with it and are not refunded.
