The service
This website is operated by IndigoWare and lets you read about Legend of Edda: Pegasus, create and manage a game account, view rankings and game data, and see what the website store offers. The game itself is downloaded and played through Steam and is subject to Steam's own terms.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it. Keep your password private, use an e-mail address you control, and give accurate information when registering. Do not share, sell, trade or transfer your account. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has access to it.
Acceptable use
While using the website or the game service, you must not:
- Use cheats, bots, automation, exploits or modified clients, or otherwise interfere with normal gameplay.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, servers, or any part of the service.
- Disrupt the service, for example by overloading it or scraping it at a scale that degrades it for others.
- Harass, threaten or abuse other players or staff, or post unlawful content.
- Sell or buy accounts, characters or in-game items outside the game's own systems.
- Impersonate staff, or misrepresent an affiliation with us.
The website store
The store on this website offers Drachma and the Premium Battle Pass. All other in-game goods are obtained inside the game client. Virtual items and virtual currency are a limited licence to use them within the game; they have no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Statutory rights to cancel or refund a purchase, where local law gives them to you, are unaffected by this paragraph.
Invitations
Invite links must be shared honestly. Creating extra accounts to reward yourself, or using misleading advertising to distribute your link, may cost you the rewards and the account. Rewards, milestones and their values may change.
Content and intellectual property
The game, this website, and their artwork, logos, text and audio belong to their respective owners and may not be reused except as allowed by law or as expressly permitted — for example the assets released for press and creators on our press page. Anything you submit to us, such as a bug report or a suggestion, may be used to improve the game without payment to you.
Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, harms other players, or is used unlawfully. You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. Suspension or closure does not create a right to compensation for unused virtual items, save where local law says otherwise.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as it is, and we cannot promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from errors. We may change, add or remove features, game content and website sections, including for maintenance. We may also update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses, lost virtual items, or loss of data arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the place where IndigoWare is established, without affecting any consumer protection rights you have where you live.
