1. Play the game as it is
The server, the client and the data they exchange are ours; how you play inside them is yours. Anything that changes the game for you in a way the game does not offer is a violation.
- No cheats, hacks, memory editors, packet tools, speed hacks or modified clients of any kind.
- No bots, macros, auto-clickers or any automation that plays for you while you are not at the keyboard.
- No exploiting bugs. If you find something that gives an unintended advantage - duplicated items, a monster that does not fight back, an event that pays twice - stop using it and report it. Farming a bug is punished like any other cheat; reporting one is rewarded.
- No interference with the service: attacking the servers, flooding them, or probing accounts that are not yours.
2. Your account is yours alone
One person, one account. Every character on an account shares its fate: a ban applies to the account, not to a single character.
- Do not share your account or your password with anyone, including friends and guild members. We cannot tell a shared account from a stolen one.
- Do not buy, sell, trade, rent or give away accounts, characters, items or in-game currency for real money or for anything outside the game. Both sides of a real-money trade are punished.
- Do not create extra accounts to work around a punishment, to farm invitation rewards or event rewards, or to gain any other advantage the rules deny to a single account.
- You are responsible for everything done with your account, whoever was at the keyboard.
3. Treat people decently
Rivalry between Olympus and Titans belongs in the game. It does not license abuse of the people playing it.
- No harassment, threats, stalking or targeted abuse of other players, in game or in the community spaces we run.
- No hate speech: slurs or attacks on anyone for their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or age.
- No sexual content, and no sexual remarks aimed at other players.
- No sharing another person's private information - real name, address, contacts, photos - without their consent.
- No spam, no advertising of other games or services, no links to cheats or to real-money trading.
- Character, pet and guild names follow the same rules. A name that breaks them will be changed and may be punished.
4. Do not impersonate the staff
Staff never ask for your password, and never offer items or currency in exchange for anything. Anyone who claims to be a GM and does either is lying to you.
- Do not pretend to be staff, use a staff-like name or tag, or claim an affiliation with the team that you do not have.
- Do not spread false claims about punishments, wipes, events or changes on the team's behalf.
5. Play fair in PvP and events
Competitive content is only worth anything while the competition is real.
- No win-trading, match fixing or deliberate losing in the Colosseum, the Sacred War or any ranked content.
- No feeding an opposing faction, guild or player to inflate a score or a ranking.
- No abusing the reporting system to get another player punished.
How punishments work
Punishments apply to the whole account and are decided by the staff on the evidence available. A temporary ban ends by itself at the time shown on the Punished Players page - there is nothing to request. A permanent ban is only lifted on a successful appeal.
Every punishment currently in force, with its reason and its end date, is public on the Punished Players page. That page shows the punished account's characters so that other players can see the rule being enforced; it never shows account names or any other personal information.

Offences count across the lifetime of the account, not per season. A serious case can be moved up the table at the staff's discretion; the table is the usual outcome, not a cap. Every ban applies to the whole account, and any gains from the infraction - items, currency, levels, rankings - are removed whatever the length.
